Onsite Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description Insight Global is hiring a highly organized and collaborative Digital Manager to support one of our largest retail clients in the Pacific Northwest. This role manages complex content workstreams across global partners, agencies, and regional teams. Sitting at the intersection of storytelling, operations, and execution, this position ensures content is delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence across platforms. You’ll oversee multiple high-visibility workstreams, guiding projects from planning through delivery while aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and maintaining a holistic view of seasonal and editorial priorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Event Activation Workstream - Manage a large Registration Site workstream in close partnership with agency teams and GEO counterparts to ensure on-time delivery and successful go-live across key gates. - Consolidate and deliver race information and requirements to agency partners while actively guarding timelines and milestones. - Drive internal review sessions with Creative, Communications, Business Affairs, and Legal partners, ensuring alignment and approvals ahead of launch. - Secure final sign-off from GEO and City teams prior to site go-live. - Support the delivery of ADT training content and assets, including: - Global toolkits - Asset delivery to GEO teams - Facilitate potential GEO/City collaboration on local, in-depth social storytelling, including coordination of logistics and content capture. 2. Product Launch Workstream - Own the a large content workstream, managing agency partners to ensure post-production excellence. - Align cross-partner feedback and manage edits by setting clear WBS milestones and touch points. - Oversee publishing workflows for YouTube, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. - Partner closely with Business Affairs and Legal teams to ensure alignment ahead of publishing. - Lead internal post-production checkpoints with Brand, Social Media, and Creative teams. - Capture and synthesize real-time insights and learnings across always-on, 24/7 YouTube content. 3. Fiscal Year 26’ Workstream - Support a holistic view of the editorial calendar, aligned across seasons and initiatives. - Contribute to deck building and preparation for key internal checkpoints. - Collect, organize, and synthesize GEO and cross-category feedback to support alignment and decision-making. Skills and Requirements What We’re Looking For: - 5–7 years of experience managing content, campaign, or creative workstreams across multiple stakeholders. - Strong project management skills with a clear understanding of timelines, dependencies, and approvals. - Comfortable working with agency partners and cross-functional internal teams. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Confident communicator who can lead meetings, consolidate feedback, and keep work moving forward. - Familiarity with digital platforms and content workflows (YouTube experience a plus). - Global or regional coordination experience preferred.
