Job Description
A personalised technical support engineer for mass market customers & channel partners, providing pre & post sales technical support to a geographical region and its customers, partner FAE and Renesas Sales teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's from Computer Science / Engineering Course or equivalent in relevant discipline2 to 6 Years of experience.Foundational knowledge on using or supporting power & analog devices includingDC-DC (Buck/Boost/Buck-Boost)Battery Management conceptsDiscrete Power productsAnalog building blocks (Op-Amps / ADC / DAC etc)Basics of power including Active & passive elements (L/C).Understanding of basic layout issues, thermal issues as it relates to analog & Power products.Passion for Analog & Power elements of design.Strong communication skills and be able to work / communicate in a multicultural environment.Good questioning techniques : ability to guide conversations via open & closed questions .Ability to work with multiple issues in parallel in a fast-moving environment. Will be working on many open issues in parallel.Confident in ability to help/communicate complex issues 1-1 (f2f online and via email etc)Strong collaboration skillsMust be interested / passionate about embedded systems and MCU related matters.Some limited travel may be necessary (
