We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in managing and enhancing our HR operations. This position is crucial in supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, HR systems administration, and compliance. ResponsibilitiesManage HR operations with a focus on onboarding and pre-boarding processes.Enhance the new hire experience and provide support to hiring managers.Oversee the employee lifecycle and assist in talent acquisition.Administer HR systems and tools, including SuccessFactors, HRIS, and ATS.Facilitate data migration, system administration, and workflow management.Ensure compliance with new hire regulations, employment eligibility, and policy adherence.Handle I-9 forms, regulatory compliance, and maintain data privacy and confidentiality.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors.Strong skills in Microsoft Office.Experience in full-cycle onboarding.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively with virtual teams.Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in Loveland, working with a team of 18 members. The team operates from a newer, updated building equipped with a cafeteria, vending machines, and kitchens on every floor. You will report to the HR Onboarding Supervisor and work in an environment that promotes safety and integrity as core values. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a large corporate setting and potentially open doors for future career advancement in the agricultural industry.

This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
