Overview

The Onboarding Specialist manages the onboarding process for all PharMerica positions. She/he performs various tasks, including data entry, scheduling background checks, pre-employment testing, and monitoring of employee files in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. She/he will possess excellent customer service, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities Own and ensure a positive candidate / new hire experience for all new hires, including nurses into the home health line of business, focusing on clinical hiresCoordinate all communication between hiring team and candidates (HR Team, Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition Team and Candidates)Support candidates through hiring paperwork and onboarding process to ensure seamless simple process for candidates including offer letters, background checks, MVR, reference checksProvide education and information to new hires to ensure a positive onboarding and engagement experienceBe the expert on onboarding systems and tools, including the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)Understand and ensure accurate system input of new hiresShow a heightened sense of urgency to get candidates on board – extremely responsive to candidate needsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent related experienceAt least 2 years of experience in administrative support or recruitingAbility to work in a team environmentStrong presentation and written communication skills with an attention to detailExperience in establishing high standards of service delivery to customers and clientsKnowledge of HR and EEOC policies is helpfulAbility to react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests, issues, e-mails, or other events in a timely and flexible fashion About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
