About the Role

Join a fast‑growing organization supporting last‑mile delivery partners across North America - and soon, around the world. As part of the team, you’ll play a critical role in verifying new business partners, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a bar‑raising partner experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Acquisition Managers, Program Managers, and Account Managers to help scale an essential operational program with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer obsession.

What You’ll DoBusiness Vetting & VerificationIndependently vet businesses entering the partner pipeline.Review, validate, and confirm business documentation.Track and manage checks using Accurate.Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.Review business documentation and program FAQs for accuracy and completeness.Process Management & Workflow OwnershipDemonstrate end‑to‑end workflow knowledge and help guide other vetting team members.Create, execute, and track vetting plans for Delivery Partners using internal systems and tools.Complete and monitor all steps of the vetting process while managing multiple data sources and communication channels.Work independently within established SOPs—and develop or refine them when gaps are identified.Escalate operational issues, blockers, and process pain points proactively.Define risks, propose solutions, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve challenges.Continuous Improvement & Program SupportLeverage current workflows to help design, test, and iterate new vetting processes for program expansions.Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience and operational efficiency.Create, update, and refine SOPs to support scaling and consistency.Manage reporting for functional areas, track key metrics, and share updates with management.Support cross‑functional priority projects to enhance overall operational performance.Perform data collection, assemble reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Manage escalations and independently execute high‑impact tasks.Identify day‑to‑day operational issues and recommend tactical improvements.Tools & Technical SkillsUse Salesforce for partner records, workflow tracking, and reporting.Generate reports and work with data using Microsoft Excel.Document and write SOPs to support operational consistency and scalability.What You BringRequired Skills3+ years of experience in an administrative support capacity, ideally within a large organization.Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.Why This Role Is ExcitingHigh visibility across multiple operational and program teams.Opportunity to help shape new global workflows in a newly launched organization.Hands‑on ownership of processes with room to influence and improve them.Fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment with significant room for growth and development.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
