Onboarding Specialist

Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the seamless onboarding of essential last-mile delivery operators throughout North America, with plans for global growth. The role is pivotal in maintaining quality, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Vet businesses introduced by Acquisition Development Executives (ADEs) by verifying business documents and validating business documentation.Verify Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) and articles of organization.Confirm business ownership and verify business records and personnel.Track background checks using Accurate.Communicate with ADEs, Account Managers, and Business Development Managers (BDMs).Review business documents and FAQs.Demonstrate experience with Salesforce, reporting, and Microsoft Excel.Review and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Provide leadership to other Vetting Support team members.Utilize existing workflows to develop, test, and refine new vetting processes for program expansions.Create, execute, and track vetting plans for Delivery Partners using internal tools.Complete and track key steps of the vetting process using multiple data management and communication tools.Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and collaborate with team members to implement improvements.Execute processes independently and autonomously.Create and drive improvements to SOPs addressing gaps in existing processes.Escalate issues and process pain points to enable resolution and improvement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferredPrior experience in Salesforce and MS Excel

Work Environment

The position is fully on-site in Austin, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST. The role offers the possibility of converting to a full-time employee (FTE) status.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
