Join a dynamic team as an Onboarding Specialist, where you will support the vetting process in collaboration with acquisition managers, program managers, and account managers. Our program is expanding globally, aiming to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and growth. You will play a crucial role in supporting our delivery partners across North America.
ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate comprehensive workflow knowledge and provide leadership to Vetting Support team members.Utilize existing workflows to develop, test, and refine new vetting processes for program expansions.Create, execute, and track vetting plans for Delivery Partners using internal tools.Complete and track key steps of the vetting process with multiple data management and communication tools.Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and work collaboratively with team members.Define processes to execute independently and autonomously.Build, implement, and meet assigned goals using knowledge and skills.Improve SOPs for gaps in existing processes.Escalate issues and process pain points for resolution and improvement.Define roadblocks and risks, identifying solutions with team members and stakeholders.Work independently to execute defined SOPs and develop or improve processes.Track and report progress on key metrics specific to functional areas and end-to-end workflows.Execute process-wide priority projects to improve operations performance with the Program Management team.Provide support for data collection, preparing reports, and reaching out to multiple stakeholders.Manage escalations on routine/predefined tasks.Execute important tasks and activities independently.Identify day-to-day operational problems and suggest tactical solutions.Establish key reporting for functional areas and provide reports to senior management/stakeholders.
Essential Skills3+ years of experience in an administrative support capacity, preferably from a large organization.Salesforce experience highly preferred.Prior experience with MS Excel.Experience in logistics, onboarding, process analysis, and process improvement.Experience with vetting and partner onboarding support.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.Experience in verifying business documents and validating business documentation.Ability to verify EIN and articles of organization.Experience in proving applicants' business ownership and verifying business records and personnel.Experience in tracking background checks in Accurate.Ability to communicate with ADEs, Account Managers, and BDMs.Experience in reviewing business docs, FAQs, and writing SOPs.
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Austin, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
