Onsite Supervisor

Pay Rate: $23/hour
Shift: 12:00PM - 8:00PM / flexibility for 7AM start some days 
Location: Burlington, VT

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Onsite Supervisor to support daily operations at our client’s facility. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workforce coordination, addressing day‑to‑day issues, and maintaining strong communication between associates, leadership, and the staffing team.

This position is primarily 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with the flexibility to start as early as 7:00 AM on certain days based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for associates and client leadership. Support new hire onboarding, introductions, and first‑day coordination. Monitor attendance, call‑offs, and ensure accurate reporting. Address associate questions, concerns, and performance issues promptly and professionally. Assist with scheduling, shift rosters, timecard reviews, and general workforce administration. Partner closely with client supervisors and managers to ensure staffing levels meet daily production needs. Uphold safety protocols and ensure associates are meeting client expectations. Provide regular updates to the staffing team regarding workforce trends, challenges, and any required follow‑up.Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or coordinator role (staffing or manufacturing experience a plus). Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
