The On-site Field Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project documentation. **Responsibilities** + Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing construction projects + Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers + Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets + Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards + Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permits + Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process + Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field + Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction + Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Effective communication and interpersonal skills + Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment + Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices **Preferred Skills** + Experience with large-scale commercial projects + Experience with solar projects + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
