Safety & Compliance + Ensure compliance with building codes: Follow HVAC, electrical, and fire safety regulations. + Test and maintain fire safety systems: Smoke detectors, sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lighting. + Maintain documentation and logs: Track repairs, inspections, maintenance activities, and ensure all Building Permits are current. + Participate in safety training and drills: Support emergency preparedness.
