The Role at a glance:

We are seeking reliable and adaptable On-Call Food Service Employees to support our food service operations as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and can step into multiple positions, including Cook, Prep Cook, Server, Utility Worker, and Dishwasher, depending on operational needs. Assignments and responsibilities may change from shift to shift.

What you'll be doing:

Depending on the shift assignment, duties may include:

Food Preparation & Cooking

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety standards

Assist with prep work such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients

Maintain clean and organized workstations

Serving & Customer Service

Serve food in a courteous and professional manner

Assist customers with questions and accommodate special requests when possible

Maintain cleanliness of serving areas and dining spaces

Utility / Dishwashing

Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment

Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and sanitary

Assist with trash removal and restocking supplies

General Duties

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Assist team members as needed during busy periods

Set up and break down workstations and service areas

Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

At least one years’ prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking  Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.   Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.   Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.  Customer service experience is required.
