Overview of the role:
Saputo is seeking an Omnichannel Manager, for an existing opportunity within our organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic Shopper and eCommerce plans across key customer accounts to maximize in‑store and online business performance for Saputo brands. The Omnichannel Manager will work in collaboration with the marketing teams of the strategic business development department.
How you will make contributions that matter:
+ Build and execute a prioritized annual Omnichannel plan that optimizes budgets and maximizes business impact
+ Develop and execute omnichannel strategies for retailer programs aligned with Saputo’s strategic objectives across all Saputo Canada brands in both in-store and online retail, in close partnership with Marketing and Sales
+ Lead and champion the eCommerce channel by tracking performance, strengthening relationships with retailer online teams, and optimizing Saputo’s digital shelf visibility, content quality, and organic presence across retailer platforms driving awareness and conversion
+ Drive in‑store shopper marketing strategy, ensuring alignment between brand objectives and eCommerce channel for cohesive omnichannel execution
+ Launch and manage omnichannel\digital shelf dashboards (Syndigo) to surface insights, optimize campaign effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
+ Proactively monitor business performance using scorecards and leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities that enhance online visibility, in-store and overall performance across platforms
+ Collaborate closely with Sales and Brand teams to align annual activation plans and deliver integrated shopper and eCommerce strategies
+ Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, elevating Saputo’s shopper and eCommerce capabilities while fostering strong collaboration and best‑in‑class execution
+ Manage shopper marketing budgets for assigned customers and agencies, securing competitive media rates and agency fees through effective negotiation
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Omnichannel (in-store and digital shopper marketing) experience
+ University degree in marketing or a related discipline
+ Demonstrable experience of shopper marketing execution and experience in developing eComm/online marketing strategies and execution within CPG or working directly for a shopper marketing agency
+ Deep knowledge of the offline and online shopper- dynamics, behaviours and purchase with strong understanding of how to win at shelf both physical and online
+ Strong customer relationship management and analytical skills
+ Highly collaborative- able to forge strong working relationships, coordinate diverse stakeholders and manage the performance of external suppliers
+ Knowledge of omnichannel\digital shelf dashboards (Syndigo) or equivalent
+ CPG experience is an asset
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential
+ Team management experience
+ Be available to travel and hold a valid driver's license

Salary: $90 530 - $118 820
*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
