We are looking for an Omnichannel Engagement Intern to join our Program, Project & Portfolio Management team based out of Oakville, Ontario
About the role
The Omnichannel Engagement Intern supports the execution of seamless, integrated customer experiences across UCB Canada’s omnichannel ecosystem. This is a one-year contract role designed for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in digital operations, content management, analytics, and omnichannel execution.
Who you’ll work with
Working closely with Marketing, Medical, Operational Excellence, and our global digital partners, this role helps operationalize digital initiatives, manage content workflows, maintain digital assets/websites, and contribute to the continuous optimization of customer journeys.
What you’ll do
Support the delivery of omnichannel campaigns across brands, ensuring timely execution and alignment with regulatory and legal requirementsAssist in managing digital content workflows, including preparing materials for Medical/Regulatory review (e.g., via Veeva) and ensuring version control and complianceHelp coordinate localization of global digital assets, templates, and new capability rollouts by collaborating with global/International colleaguesParticipate in cross‑functional project meetings to track execution timelines, document next steps, and update internal stakeholders.Support the development, updates, and maintenance of digital assets including websites, portals (HCP/Patient), and CRM-connected contentAssist with uploading, tagging, and organizing assets within internal Digital Asset Management systems.Generate digital asset reports with strategic insights from our connected platform Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support campaign reporting and digital maturity trackingAssist in After-Action Reviews (AARs) by documenting insights, capturing learnings, and contributing to brand playbooks and best-practice guides

Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferredRelevant pharmaceutical experience and/or co-op/internship experience is desiredSuperior organizational skills with ability to manage detailed workUnderstanding of digital media and marketing strategiesAbility to effectively communicate across audiences and present key insightsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)Experience using Veeva, Google Analytics, Figma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be beneficialSolutions-oriented and learning mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a cross-functional team settingUnderstanding of the Canadian healthcare regulatory environment preferred
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $66.000-$86,250. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
