Job Overview:

The HC Coordinator supports the process of engaging external vendors and independent contractors, including coordinating hiring, extensions and terminations.  This role will provide administrative support on all aspects of the process and adhere to governance procedures to ensure global consistency and compliance.  This role reports to the Senior Global Contract Coordinator and supports driving excellence in contract management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and generate contracts leveraging local and global templates, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational policies, engaging with Legal team as needed.

Accurately enter and maintain hires, extensions, and terminations in the Employment Transaction tool (ET) and Workday, ensuring data integrity across systems.

Collaborate closely with local Human Capital Operations and Legal teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and contractual obligations.

Design and execute audits of contract and operational compliance, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions to uphold global standards.

Support escalation management and issue resolution, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and promote process adherence.

Monitor and enforce business adherence to required documents, approvals, and timelines, escalating issues proactively to stakeholders as needed.

Oversee initiation and resolution of background checks.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree

Entry level role with prior HC intern experience or working in an administrative HC position for 1+ years

Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations a plus

Technical Skills:

Fluent in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Skills and Attributes:

The ability to be productive, flexible and to manage multiple project priorities in a complex, performance-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to meet deadlines

Organized, maintain and respect confidential information and a strong sense of urgency
