The Opportunity:
The role of a Human Capital Coordinator - Contingent Workforce will be part of the Human Capital Operations team and play a critical role for Oliver Wyman as they support the process of onboarding independent contractors through TempConnect and external vendor workers. This will include coordinating hiring, extensions and terminations. This role will provide administrative support on all aspects of the process and adhere to governance procedures to ensure global consistency and compliance. It is liasing with different internal functions as well as business stakeholders and supports driving excellence in contract management and operational execution.
This is a hybrid role (40% of the time working from the OW Warsaw office).
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard Independent Contractors through TempConnect, ensuring smooth end-to-end processInitiate Bridger and background checks: follow up with any concernsCreate and amend Workday requisitionsTeam and work effectively with the Regional Contracts SpecialistWork in close partnership with local Human Capital Operations teams and Talent ManagersCoordinate IT setup for Contractors together with Tech colleaguesSupport escalation management and issue resolutionMonitor and enforce business adherence to required documents, approvals, and timelines, escalating issues proactively to stakeholders as neededExperience Required:
Bachelor's degree preferredEntry level role; prior HR intern experience or working in an administrative HR position for 1+ yearsExperience working with UK company a plusKnowledge of local labor laws and regulations a plusTechnical Skills:
Fluent in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPointSkills and Attributes:
