Job Description

The Campus Recruiter manages all aspects of the campus processes to ensure Oliver Wyman is the employer of choice amongst candidates. The recruiter must be able to think strategically and execute the operational plan.  In the process, they will need to build outstanding relationships with OW partners and staff and represent OW enthusiastically and intelligently on campus. 

Responsibilities

Attract quality candidates through a broad range of cost-effective and innovative techniques

Participate in Inclusion and Diversity recruiting conferences and events to recruit diverse candidates and build relationships early in their careers

Work with our campus teams to develop and implement campus recruiting strategy on and off campus as part of the Americas recruiting team

Manage the campus recruiting process end-to-end for full-time hires and interns: from career center relationships, events, resume drops to on-boarding, including attending on- and off-campus recruiting events

Assist with consultant training for communications and value proposition, resume screening, interviewing and selection, and candidate “sell”

Liaise with global recruiting team and support recruiting efforts for other regions as needed

Ensure recruiting databases are up to date, including both the campus systems and the applicant tracking system

Manage our referrals process and policy updates

Work closely with the Recruiting Manager to monitor the overall budget, actively and creatively control costs related to recruiting expenditures and oversee processing of recruiting invoices

Assist Recruiting Manager in collecting and analyzing all relevant recruiting data and statistics and build drafts of reports to Oliver Wyman’s senior leadership

Own the new hire onboarding process and develop the start dates / cohorts in collaboration with Learning and Development (our internal training team)

Own special projects related to recruiting process improvement as needed

Experience

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of three years of relevant campus recruiting experience

Knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures, and laws

Knowledge or recruiting systems a plus (Workday Recruiter, Handshake, RippleMatch etc.)

Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Skills

High level of energy, creativity, and initiative-taking

Ability to work independently, but also as part of highly collaborative team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural and environment

Strong service focused – dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff, securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
