As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition efforts across the Asia Pacific region. You will drive the seamless orchestration of the hiring process—partnering with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers—to ensure an efficient and positive experience at every step. Your efforts will directly enable Oliver Wyman to attract and secure top talent, fueling our growth and success in the region.

What we will count on you to do

Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, including LinkedIn, to ensure visibility and attract strong candidatesSupport application screening and shortlisting to identify promising talent promptlyCoordinate virtual and in-person interviews by managing calendars, booking rooms, communicating with candidates, and briefing interviewersCollect and track interview feedback and facilitate calibration processes to maintain hiring qualityAdminister offer and onboarding processes by preparing documentation, liaising with support teams, and ensuring smooth candidate transitionsManage the Workday applicant tracking system, including requisition creation and application processingMaintain accurate recruiting databases and generate reports for up-to-date talent insights and analysisSupport graduate recruitment eventsAssist with researching and sourcing candidate profiles as neededAdminister Oliver Wyman’s regional referral program to encourage internal talent recommendationsProvide flexible administrative support and contribute to special projects to enhance recruiting operations

What you’ll need to have

2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related administrative roles, preferably within professional services or technology sectorsDiploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Outlook calendar managementFamiliarity with recruiting and data management platforms, including Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Tableau is an advantageExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, in EnglishAbility to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
