We are looking for a Sr-Level Okta IAM Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support our organization's IAM initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to identify requirements, design, develop and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Role Responsibilities:

 

Design and develop Okta IAM solutions to support our organization's CIAM initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needsImplement and configure Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and AuthorizationDevelop and maintain custom integrations with third-party applications using Okta APIs and SDKsConduct testing and validation of Okta IAM solutions to ensure they meet the required standards and requirementsDevelop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manualsProvide ongoing support for Okta IAM solutions and troubleshoot issues as they ariseStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Okta IAM and CIAM

 

Basic Requirements:

 

5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Okta IAM solutions for CIAM initiativesOkta certifications such as either Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Developer, or Okta Certified Consultant is MandatoryMust have Experience with Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and/or AuthorizationNeed development experience in languages such as Java, Python, and/or .NETMust have Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and web servicesNeed Identity and Access Management experience with concepts, including authentication, authorization, and/or user management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
