**Job Title: Oil Changer** Job Description We are seeking an Oil Changer with a mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing setting. The role requires handling oil changes and minor preventive maintenance work while collaborating closely with Machine Operators. Responsibilities + Work alongside Machine Operators to load and unload machines. + Remove finished products and transport them to the next staging area. + Perform oil changes and other fluid changes on machines. + Sweep, clean, mop, pack, and unpack materials as needed. + Move raw materials and remove finished products from bins. + Monitor machines while operators are on break, without operating them. + Follow directions strictly and adhere to company policies regarding machine operation. Essential Skills + Mechanical aptitude with at least 6 months of experience. + Proven record of excellent attendance. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Experience in oil changes and minor maintenance. + Capability to stand on feet for extended periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum of 6 years of experience in assembly or machine operation. + Safety-driven approach to work. + High School diploma or equivalent. + Ability to complete math and mechanical aptitude tests.
