Oil and Gas Document Controller III
Our client, a leader in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking an Oil & Gas Document Controller III to join their team. As a Document Controller III, you will be part of the project team supporting the Golden Pass LNG Expansion Project. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Oil & Gas Document Controller III **Location:** Beaumont, TX **Pay Range:** $56–$59/hour **Shift: 8am-5pm** **What's the Job?** + Participate in document control team meetings to ensure timely documentation delivery across all project phases. + Apply knowledge of EPC documentation processes using standard templates and checklists. + Perform quality checks on project documents for completeness, formatting, and compliance. + Distribute documents per matrix to internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and third parties. + Collaborate with the Site IM Coordinator and IM/DFO Supervisor to manage deliverables through to handover. **What's Needed?** + 5–10 years of document control experience in oil & gas, preferably on LNG projects. + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred). + Strong understanding of EPC documentation and handover processes. + Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Office (especially Excel). + Familiarity with oil & gas documentation standards and terminology. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on a significant LNG project. + Collaborative and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in document control processes. + Enhance your skills in engineering document management systems. + Contribute to high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
