Facility: VR Mall Surat Mall

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities

Overall in-charge of Fire & Life Safety systems including Fire Alarm, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pumps, Smoke Management, and Fire Extinguishers.Supervise and manage Firemen across shifts ensuring 24x7 fire safety coverage.Ensure compliance with Fire NOC, NBC, insurance, and local fire authority requirements.Act as Incident Controller during fire or life safety emergencies and coordinate with the Fire Brigade.Conduct mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and fire safety training.Monitor fire safety compliance of retail stores, food courts, cinema, and event areas.Handle fire audits, close observations, and maintain statutory fire safety documentation.

About You:

 Diploma / Degree in Fire Engineering or Fire & Safety

 Certified Fire Officer from a recognized institute
 Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial/mall/large facility operations
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
