We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to a pool of brokers in their local office. This role involves coordinating marketing materials, organizing client-specific property information packages, and managing various logistical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
ResponsibilitiesReview marketing material specifications and serve as the liaison with centralized marketing analysis and research groups for the completion and submission of financial marketing and client-specific property data.Organize the preparation and production of customized property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Coordinate complex on/offsite meetings and conferences.Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.Update and maintain various information databases.Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably in commercial real estate.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail.Analytic skills.A positive attitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with InDesign is highly preferred.Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred.High School Diploma.Work EnvironmentThe role is in-person, with typical working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The office is located in El Segundo, and the position is not remote. The environment is dynamic, supporting a team of brokers, and requires coordination of various office activities and meetings.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
