Work Environment

This role is responsible for end‑to‑end customer order management, including invoicing, pricing communication, and logistics coordination. The Customer Service Representative acts as a key link between customers, production, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment.

Breakdown of a typical day:

- 70/80% of administrative, emails, invoices/PO\\'s processing, reconciling ...

- 20/30% of phone calls both internal and external - Customer Service dimension of the role

- Software system: IBM and MS Office

Team: 4 people in the customer service team (AP/Customer accounts)

Manufacturing Environment

Location: Fully Onsite in Woodstock

Dress code: Business casual

Hours: 8 am - 4.30 pm (30 min unpaid lunch)

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
