Office Support Level 2-Administrative/Clerical Assistant
Job Title: Office Support Level 2-Administrative/Clerical Assistant Job Description The Office Support Admin will be responsible for reviewing and entering security clearance applications for the entire organization. This role involves entering government-related items such as Security Clearance, Postal Clearance, and Airport Authority, as well as personal employee information, into a database. Responsibilities + Enter data from 60-80 applications per day into the system. + Scan and index documents for digital records. + Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets. + File and box documents for archival purposes. + Perform administrative duties, including making copies and filing documents. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry and administrative support. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service. + Strong clerical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook. + Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-2 years of extensive administrative or clerical experience in an office setting. + Experience with Microsoft Excel and other MS suite applications. + Proficiency in PC skills with a focus on accuracy, especially in Excel. + Experience using USB jump drives and internet browsers such as MS Edge and Chrome. + Strong attention to detail. Work Environment The position involves working in a cubicle within an office setting. The individual will spend 8 hours a day in front of a computer entering employee information. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
