Position
Overview
As
an Office Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily
operations at a designated client site, serving as the primary point of contact
for internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role plays a critical part
in enhancing employee experience, ensuring operational efficiency, and
maintaining a safe and engaging workplace environment. You will collaborate
closely with client Site Leaders, Real Estate Site Services (RESS) Regional
Leads, Finance, and other departments to support strategic initiatives and
day-to-day needs.
Key
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for site operations, supporting local Site Leaders, RESS Regional Lead, and employees.Manage all aspects of office services including reception, security, emergency planning, EHS, ergonomics, sustainability, food services, supplies, asset management, and more.Lead initiatives to improve employee experience through feedback channels, surveys, and site meetings.Partner with leadership to plan and execute site-level programs and improvements.Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies in collaboration with Finance and RESS.Oversee vendor contracts, insurance, and risk management, ensuring compliance with legal standards.Coordinate office moves, expansions, and facility upgrades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).Manage seating assignments and occupancy planning using RESS tools and resources.Serve as the point of contact for property management and regulatory visits.Support corporate shipping, receiving, and global trade functions.Assist with onboarding, orientation, university relations, and recruitment coordination.Collaborate with IT to support telecommunications, videoconferencing, and site-specific tech needs.Organize and lead Global Citizenship initiatives including employee events and community engagement.Required
Qualifications
Experience: 4–5+ years in a related role; prior supervisory or shift management experience preferred.Education: High School Diploma or GED.Skills:Vendor management and contract oversight Strong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAdvanced math skills (percentages, markups, discounts)Organizational and planning expertiseFamiliarity with operational processes and systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
