Job Description

A Cushman & Wakefield Office Services Technician Lead manages daily office operations and coordination of "Moves, Adds, and Changes" (MAC), ensuring quality and alignment with strategy. Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor work, verifying equipment functionality post-move, coordinating the physical movement of items, managing punch lists, and documenting progress. The role requires a candidate with 2-5 years of relevant experience in facilities operations, project management, or technical customer service, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. Key ResponsibilitiesMAC Coordination:Serve as the central point of contact for MAC activities, coordinating moves, adds, and changes with internal teams and external vendors. Vendor Management:Escort and supervise vendors to ensure efficient, timely, and secure execution of services, such as furniture installations, branding efforts, and asset deployments. Quality Assurance:Ensure all MAC activities meet Cushman & Wakefield's quality standards and operational expectations through plan execution reviews and punch list management. Equipment & Asset Management:Manage the disconnect/reconnect process for equipment and verify proper operation after moves, reporting any issues. Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for improvements in field-based processes and contribute value engineering recommendations to drive efficiency. Documentation:Document findings, observations, and task completion status for moves, clearly highlighting any concerns or required follow-ups. Reporting:Provide clear, effective presentations and reports on move-related activities and project status. Required Skills and ExperienceExperience:2-5 years of experience in a combination of computer/technical customer service, small project management, facilities operations, or vendor coordination. Technical Proficiency:Competence in using technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and relevant web-based applications. Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for developing reports and collaborating across teams. Collaboration:Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Project Management:Skills in scheduling and prioritizing personal and team assignments.
