What the day will look like
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and our people feel supported.
+ Provide telephony and concierge relief: answer calls, manage room bookings, catering, AV, and maintain reception and meeting spaces
+ Greet internal and external clients in a friendly, professional manner
+ Organize purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with reporting.
+ Communicate on Viva Engage and support general admin tasks as directed
+ Sort and distribute mail, manage courier bookings, maintain stationery and kitchen stocks, and assist with event setups.
+ Log maintenance jobs

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Exceptional people skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels
+ Proven experience in administrative, reception, or business support roles
+ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
+ Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
