Responsibilities:\n
The Office Services Associate assists with all facets of office operations on site. This role is adaptable, able to back up various functions, and works with the team proactively to identify areas of support.\n
\u2022 Mail Services: Accurately sorts and distributes all incoming mail throughout the campus. Picks up outgoing mail and utilizes postage equipment to prepare for delivery.
\u2022 Shipping\/Receiving: Physically distribute mail and courier packages by cart, dolly or hand truck to and from various departments throughout the campus. Properly creates FedEx labels for domestic and international shipments, adhering to all compliance requirements.
\u2022 Switchboard: Answer and route incoming calls appropriately and accurately.
\u2022 Print & Reprographics: Assist with copy services production; operate and maintain high volume of reprographic and finishing projects, reviewing client requirements to the final states of reproduction and distribution, performing copying, printing, binding and lamination.
\u2022 Mailing support: Properly folds and inserts letters into correct envelopes for letters and large mailing projects.
\u2022 Monitors copy paper at each copy station on campus regularly and restocks when needed.
\u2022 Deliver highest quality of customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing of requests.
\u2022 Will train on other various tasks within the office services team
\u2022 Other tasks as assigned by management.\n
Qualifications:\n
\u2022 HS Diploma or equivalency required
\u2022 1-2 Years Office services experience preferred.
\u2022 Two years minimum working with Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
\u2022 Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills
\u2022 Must be able to learn new skills quickly
\u2022 Flexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities
\u2022 Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
\u2022 Able to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders\/customers
\u2022 Exhibits superior verbal and written customer service skills
\u2022 Maintains confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials
\u2022 Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and\/or sit for extended periods of time
\u2022 Able to lift or move 50lbs or greater at times\n
