Responsibilities:
+ Hospitality Services: 40%-Manage and coordinate facilities work orders, including conference room setups, beverage and snack requests, and event-related configurations.-Support for after hour events-Assist with two weekly on-site lunches-Work with on-site teams for ad-hoc event support-Event Set up and Break Downs.-Be able to keep up in a fast paced ever changing work environment
+ Facilities: 40%-Replenish kitchen and wellness room supplies as needed.-Conduct daily conference room sweeps to ensure supplies, furniture, and equipment are properly stocked and in good working order.-Identify and report damaged furniture, walls, lighting, or other facility issues.-Supply "Green Kitchen"
+ Mail & Office Services: 20%
Oversee the receipt, sorting, and distribution of all USPS mail.-Manage the receipt, logging, sorting, and distribution of incoming packages from all carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and other vendor services.-Manage carrier relationships (FedEx, UPS, Amazon), including monitoring account status and resolving delinquency issues to ensure accounts remain in good standing.-Manage courier services (eg., On Time Messenger), responding to service requests as they are received.
Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
+ Minimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
+ 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
+ Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
+ Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to handle mail or hand cart
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Hospitality/Concierge Background.
