About The Role

 

Our Leamington office is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Office Operations Coordinator for a summer contract. This role provides essential administrative and front-desk support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration within a professional services environment. You will work closely with team members across departments and serve as a key point of contact for clients and visitors.

 

What You’ll Do

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries

Provide general administrative support to brokers and account managers

Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier coordination

Maintain office supplies and support general office organization

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal logistics

Support special projects and provide operational assistance as needed

The expected salary range for this position is $18-20/h and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
