**Req ID:** RQ214348 **Type of Requisition:** SCA **Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain:** None **Public Trust/Other Required:** MBI (T2) **Job Family:** SCA **Skills:** Communication,Office Administration,Organizing,Records Management **Experience:** 3 + years of related experience **Job Description:** Position Duties: + Track records and information assets throughout the lifecycle (from receipt to disposition). + Collect information from the files or staff for routine inquiries on office program(s) or periodicreports andrefer non-routine requests to supervisor or staff. + Prepare special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, other offices, etc., under general directions. + Capture paper records by scanning to digital form. + Maintain office files and conduct quality control of document image results. + Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisor's procedures; assure that proper clearances have been obtained, when needed. + Catalog records data into a content management system. + Provide weekly/monthly reports on activities. + Ensure that all work adheres to agency/department standards for correctness and quality. Qualifications: + Requires a BA/BS degreeand3-5 years of administrative experience. + Experience with records management arequirement. Experience or familiarity with NARA regulations preferred. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Experience withMicrosoftOffice suite, including Outlook and Excel. + Experience working with immigrant or refugee populations and anti-trafficking programs preferred. + Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving skills. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $27.20 - $36.80. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
