**Office Manager / Workplace Experience Coordinator (m/w) – Geneva office**
**Your main tasks:**
+ Managing Visitor Experience for internal and external guests, in partnership with EA Security
+ Coordinate and assist in planning employee meetings, engagement activities and events
+ Coordinate various communications and content across the organization (Slack, Newsletters, EA World, etc.)
+ Set up of larger events and annual office decorations in collaboration
+ Purchasing event supplies
+ EA Games ordering and delivering
+ Managing meeting rooms bookings and catering orders
+ Small projects support and coordination (moves, meeting rooms optimization)
+ Working closely with onsite support teams (security, cleaning, cafeteria, etc) – holding Weekly events and preparing Weekly Events Orders
+ Updating and maintaining department documents, creating new procedures and guidelines
+ Purchasing office supplies, regular food orders and maintaining office equipment
+ Support in updating protocols, guidelines and best practices for the department
**Your profile:**
+ 3+ years’ experience within a multinational company preferred.
+ Experience within hospitality, real estate or facilities management industry preferred.
+ Reliable and talent for organization
+ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Proficiency in French and English level mandatory, written and spoken
+ This is an onsite role
