Our client, a leading manufacturing and transportation organization, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations within the facility, maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fostering excellent customer service for all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to operational excellence, aligning successfully with the company's goals and values.
**Job Title:** Office Manager
**Location:** Henderson, CO
**Pay Range:** $27
**Shift:** Days
**What's the Job?**
+ Review resumes and coordinate interview schedules with the management team
+ Provide high-quality administrative functions within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
+ Assist with onboarding new hires in collaboration with HR and recruitment teams
+ Manage local accounts payable and receivable processes, including creating purchase orders and invoicing
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; a four-year college degree or relevant experience preferred
+ Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment
+ Ability to manage demanding timelines and work independently
+ Prior experience in manufacturing or transportation is a plus; bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred
