We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to support our Human Resources, Learning & Development, Administrative Support, and Office Management functions. This role involves a mix of talent acquisition, onboarding, HR support, administrative tasks, and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in office management and HR coordination.
ResponsibilitiesPost job openings across internal and external platforms.Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and hiring needs.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring team.Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure processes are consistent with company and legal expectations.Source candidates through various channels, including third-party recruiting companies when necessary.Execute associate offer letters and employment agreements.Process pre-employment requirements such as background checks, reference checks, and I-9 verification.Facilitate new associate onboarding/offboarding process, preparing documentation and coordinating logistics.Partner with local colleges and universities for summer internship program.Ensure job descriptions are current and consistent.Manage the execution of Learning & Development programs.Coordinate logistics, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth program delivery.Assist with content development and track engagement for leadership development initiatives.Identify learning and development opportunities to enhance company-wide skills.Research training resources and leverage existing L&D platforms.Launch and manage the annual performance review process.Provide guidance and support to associates and managers during performance reviews.Lead the design and administration of the biennial Cultural Assessment.Analyze results and assist in developing action plans.Actively contribute as a member of the DEI Council.Provide calendar support for CEO/Chairman and backup support for Executive Assistant.Route tenant maintenance requests and provide administrative support for divisions.Schedule meetings and oversee records management.Assist with benefits administration and compensation analysis.Manage HRIS system and maintain company turnover data.Coordinate presentation logistics for corporate events.Organize corporate events and maintain company website accuracy.Greet customers and manage conference room scheduling.Maintain office cleanliness and manage supply inventory.Oversee office budget and coordinate office/desk space changes.Manage service milestone award program and peer recognition.Essential Skills3-5 years experience in administrative support and office management.Experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or executive desk support.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Paylocity is preferred.Work EnvironmentThis role requires working onsite from 8am to 5pm, sitting at the front desk and managing walk-ins. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
