Our client, a global leader in the video technology market, is seeking a dedicated Part Time Long Term Temporary Office Manager for their NYC team. This role is in office Monday through Thursday with working hours being from 9:30am-5:30am. The team of ~40 individuals is seeking a positive and friendly office manager to oversee their office and keep things running smoothly. The role pays up to $23/hr and starts ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting visitors as they arrive to the officeTidying up overall office spaceTaking inventory of office supplies and making orders as neededMaintaining the kitchen space. This includes taking inventory of beverages/snacks and stocking as needed using Fresh Direct or AmazonReconciling the credit card for office expensesSupporting 1 executive with basic calendar/meeting schedulingTending to the office appliances (printers, coffee machines, etc.) and putting in a work order with vendors as needed for repairsHelping with events planning as neededAd hoc assignments as neededQualifications:
