Job Description
As an Office Manager, you will independently manage areas of responsibility while fostering a team-oriented environment. Your role will focus on enhancing the business's information management systems and supporting various administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Act independently and collaboratively to support a team environment.Enhance the business's information management systems.Manage administrative activities including receiving client calls and emails with cordial and friendly interactions.Open work requests, jobs, or quotes, as appropriate.Schedule service work and coordinate Digger's Hotline tickets.File office information, such as receipts, invoices, payments, and client information.Coordinate certain monthly administrative tasks.Handle weekly office tasks, including making payments to suppliers and preparing deposits.Assist the owner and manager/sales in executing daily tasks.Perform other organizational or administrative tasks as needed.Essential Skills

Experience supporting a Skilled Trades business is a plus.Work Environment
The role is based onsite with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30/5:00 pm. This position requires a professional setting that supports effective collaboration and administrative efficiency.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Antigo, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
