Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting all visitors, coordinating group functions, supporting site leadership, and managing the facility's IT and document control. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining inventories.
ResponsibilitiesGreet all visitors and ensure proper access and safety protocols.Lead the coordination and organization of group and facility functions.Support the General Manager and site leadership by updating reports and tracking permits.Serve as the IT liaison for the facility.Manage document control and maintain folder organization.Maintain facility inventories and perform procurement tasks.Manage logistical activities, including shipment tracking and delivery coordination.Establish and set up vendors.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and subcontracting efforts.Collaborate cross-functionally with plant staff, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Perform other duties as required by leadership.Essential Skills5+ years of Office Management or Purchasing Experience.Proficiency in office management, data entry, customer service, and Microsoft Office.Experience in administration, purchasing, inventory control, and front desk operations.Strong organizational, filing, and logistics skills.Experience in the Manufacturing/Oil/Gas Industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsAn Associate's Degree or higher is preferred, while a High School Diploma is required.Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage purchase requisitions and contracts.Proven track record of coordinating logistics such as shipping, tracking, and deliveries.Experience in inventory control and parts ordering.Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment with core working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required for event coordination and inventory audits. The role involves less than 10% local travel, for which reliable transportation is required. Mileage will be reimbursed. The team is small, fostering an environment where you can help build out processes and support a growing location.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasco, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr.
