Office Manager
Job Title: Office ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to lead our office team of seven. This role involves overseeing the receipt of products from our manufacturing plant overseas and managing their distribution to various distributors and outlets. The Office Manager will also assist in Accounts Receivable and Payable departments, handle payroll, and manage PTO from an HR perspective. Additionally, they will ensure seamless coordination between the Finance team and the Shipping and Receiving team to guarantee timely and accurate shipments. Responsibilities + Lead the office team to ensure efficient operations. + Coordinate the receipt and distribution of products to distributors and outlets. + Assist in Accounts Receivable and Payable departments. + Manage payroll and PTO from an HR perspective. + Ensure the Finance team and Shipping and Receiving team are aligned for timely and accurate shipments. + Maintain accurate financial records and ensure books are up to date. Essential Skills + Office management expertise. + Proficiency in data entry. + Experience in accounts receivable and payable. + Skilled in payroll processing. + Strong management skills. + At least an Associate's Degree. + Minimum of three years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable. + Minimum of three years of leadership experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in shipping and receiving. + HR experience is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focused on ensuring efficient operations and excellent service delivery. The role involves working closely with various teams to maintain operational excellence. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
