We are seeking a hands-on Office Manager to support daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Springfield, MA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes ownership of keeping the office, people, and processes running smoothly.
You’ll be the central point of coordination between leadership, production, vendors, and administrative functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations to support manufacturing and leadership teams
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and document control
Support HR-related functions: onboarding, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, service providers, and office supplies
Coordinate internal communication between office staff, production teams, and management
Help implement and maintain office procedures, policies, and compliance documentation
Provide general support to leadership, problem-solving, follow-ups, and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking ForProven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-to-mid-size manufacturing environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent communication skills, professional, clear, and proactive
Working knowledge of payroll, finance, HR admin, and basic accounting processes
Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with ERP systems a plus)
Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and accountability
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
Familiarity with timekeeping systems, invoicing, and vendor management
Experience supporting operations, HR, and finance simultaneously
