Be the Best Office Manager You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare office operations
+ Experience with Office Management Preferred
+ Knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
As a Office Manager, you will:
+ Hires, trains, and supervises administrative staff
+ Evaluates performance of administrative staff
+ Initiates and executes disciplinary actions when necessary
+ Ensures invoices are coded accurately and submitted to the Support Center timely for payment
+ Prepares manual check requests as required
+ Reviews and processes timesheets for direct reports
