Our client, a consulting firm in downtown Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Office & Executive Coordinator to support their office and leadership team!
About the Job:
Act as the main point-of-contact for office needs and support leadership team members.Handle meeting coordination, workshop logistics, and ensure clients are receiving any support needed.Maintain documentation for support best practices such as catering recommendations, local support roles, etc.Coordinate office reservations, catering requests, reconcile expenses, and handle printing needs.Provide back-up support to reception and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.About You:
A bachelor's degree is required.5+ years of administrative, executive, or office assistant experience is required.Strong skills in MS Office, Zoom, and Teams.Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.About the Position:
