Job Description

As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to site staff and management. You will be recognized as a knowledge base for internal and external contacts, ensuring prompt responses to urgent requests and making independent decisions to support planning and execution of site events.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support by compiling data, preparing reports and presentations, managing expenses, and scheduling workflows.Plan, schedule, and execute various site events including meetings and training sessions.Prepare meeting agendas, maintain notes, and ensure the implementation of action items.Compose confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence.Perform general administrative functions such as typing, filing, faxing, and copying.Assist Customer Experience Assistants and Design Center staff with preparations for customer visits.Provide information and assistance to callers, employees, and visitors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain schedules and support daily activities of management as requested.Arrange travel and catering for staff and visitors.Perform clerical and physical tasks related to shipping and receiving goods.Manage conference room reservations to reduce scheduling conflicts.Implement new systems to improve personal efficiency.Support the Human Resource group as requested.Contribute to the company performance appraisal process for employee development.

Essential Skills

A minimum of an Associate's degree is required.Three years of related experience is preferred.Intermediate computer skills and decision-making capabilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.Clerical experience and customer-focused service orientation.Excellent organizational skills and a pleasant demeanor.Knowledgeable in using various office equipment and technologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is a plus.Experience with Google Suite Docs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role on a contract to hire basis.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
