Office Coordinator
Description This person will need to be able to work independently as they will be the only person in the office. There are a few drivers in which will come through but they will work independently for the most part. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Greet and assist visitors and drivers in a friendly, efficient manner Create, update, and distribute authority books for drivers and company operations Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Assist with filing, scanning, and general document handling. Help coordinate office maintenance or facility-related needs Support other departments with administrative tasks or projects as require Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordination role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with good attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Dependable and self-motivated Ability to work with minimal supervision Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
