Job Title: Office/Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
This role involves working in an office environment where you will engage with customers over the phone, discuss orders, and enter data into the computer. The position is equally split between data entry and administrative tasks, as well as customer service responsibilities. You will be expected to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions over the phone, providing assistance and answering queries.Enter and manage data accurately and efficiently on the computer.Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and order entry.Maintain professionalism while multitasking between customer service and administrative duties.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various clerical tasks.Support inbound call handling and customer support initiatives.Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and administrative support.Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key typing.Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

You will be part of a small team of three people, including one other full-time office clerk and one part-time clerk. The dress code is casual, consisting of jeans, a nice work shirt, and closed-toe shoes. The work schedule is from 8am to 5pm, with an hour lunch break and additional breaks in the morning and afternoon.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
