This role is part of the NGAS Strategy and Business Development team in Brussels, Belgium. The employee will report to the Regional Director in Brussels and work 20-32 hours a week.
Based in Brussels, responsibilities will include:
Management of the regional NGAS office in Brussels, responsible for administrative management and accounting of the office
Provide Administrative Support to local staff
Coordinate meetings, visits, conferences and tradeshows to support both local staff and U.S. based teams
Conduct Research on National Procurement opportunities within the region and identify opportunities for NGAS engagements to support Regional Growth initiatives
Support local staff with meeting minutes and meeting records, salesforce management and engagement coordination
Work with Business Management Team in the U.S. to process invoices and expense for the office and local staff.
Develop and manage local office procedures, visitor management, inventory management and security protocols
This position will be a long-term expatriate opportunity.
Routine interactions will be across the NGAS European team and with the Corporate BD office in London, UK. Occasional travel to the U.S., UK and within Europe may be required. Legal authorization to work in Belgium is required and relocation costs will not be provided.
Basic Required Qualifications
5 years of experience with a high school degree or diploma or equivalent with office management and administrative support desired
Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and an eye for detail
Previous experience with the EU, NATO or international defense and security
Fluent in English. Proficiency in other EU languages sought
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs

Primary Level Salary Range: $1.00 - $1.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
