Office Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative functions within a fast-paced office setting. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including billing assistance, scheduling, document management, inventory oversight, and overall office coordination.



Key Duties:

Generate and process daily invoices and billing documentsAssist with preparing shipping and receiving paperworkInput inventory information into internal systems based on customer ordersMaintain logs related to customer satisfaction and incident reportsAddress customer inquiries regarding documentation and certificationsParticipate in internal meetings focused on quality assurance and complianceHandle weekly interdepartmental billing processesSupport office management with tasks such as training documentation, fleet coordination, and HR-related activitiesPerform additional administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills:

Experience with administrative support and data entryCustomer service and front desk experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in billing and customer serviceStrong mathematical and analytical capabilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
