This includes, but is not limited to, office reception, office maintenance, ordering office supplies and other duties to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Works closely with management on coordination of Division programs and engagement initiatives, including planning and logistics. Coordinates and schedules internal/external meetings on behalf of leaders. May be responsible for managing office budget and purchasing. Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Processes financial transactions including purchasing, travel, and reimbursements. 2. Supports faculty and administrative leadership in the Medical Laboratory Sciences Division. 3. Assists in the execution of special events. 4. Provides comprehensive logistical and administrative support for Division activities. 5.
