We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout the office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer, screen, and direct incoming telephone callsGreet and assist customers, visitors, and vendorsSupport accounts receivable/payable functions and HR tasksProcess billingAssist with purchasing, equipment and vehicle rentals, hotel accommodations, and UPS label creationMaintain an organized filing system, including creation and setup of job foldersSchedule appointments, meetings, and interviewsDraft and send professional emailsPerform general office duties as neededRequired SkillsAdministrative supportOffice managementMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Data entryCustomer serviceGeneral administrative assistance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
