Bilingual Office Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our Nashville office. This role is vital to ensuring smooth office functioning and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and manage incoming inquiries.Process job applications and coordinate with hiring managers.Handle accounts payable, including entering invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining financial systems.Prepare and verify certificates of insurance.Support bid preparation and document ordering.Submit EPA notifications for active projects.Manage licensing submissions and renewals.Ensure the office runs smoothly, even when working alone.

Essential Skills

2-4 years of administrative or office experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently for extended periods.Detail-oriented, particularly in compliance and documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Notary experience is preferred but not required.Willingness to travel to Cincinnati for 1-2 weeks of training.

Work Environment

The role requires working in the office with standard office hours. The position involves using technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. The Office Administrator will be part of a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth operations even when working independently.

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.44/hr.
