Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to lead day-to-day office operations and deliver a world-class workplace experience. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to manage facilities, vendors, and events while fostering a collaborative and engaging office culture. The hours are full-time, onsite 5 days per week in office in Manhattan (flexibility for early meetings and occasional extended hours may be needed).

Responsibilities:

Oversee office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory controlSupervise and provide guidance to a two-person Reception teamPlan and execute office events, including large-scale gatherings and smaller social activitiesManage office budgets, invoices, and financial reporting for operational expensesServe as a visible, approachable leader to enhance workplace culture and engagementDevelop best practices and documentation for workflows, metrics, and office standards

Job Requirements:

10+ years of office management experience, ideally in professional services or a fast-paced corporate environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a teamExceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities; hands-on approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levelsProven experience in event planning and vendor managementAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Compensation/Benefits:
